Cancellations and Refunds

While we encourage our students to faithfully attend the courses they’ve signed up for, we know that life happens. CRT offers cancellations, replacements, and refunds under certain circumstances. Learn more about our cancellation and refund policies to make the most of your CRT course.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registrations cancelled fifteen (15) or more days prior the first day of the seminar will receive a 100-percent refund of tuition paid, less a 3% service processing fee. Registrations cancelled between fourteen (14) and eight (8) days prior to the program start date will be charged a $100.00 administrative fee. Cancellations made seven (7) days or less prior to the first day of the seminar will be charged 50-percent of the tuition price. Any participant who cannot attend the session for which she/he is registered, may transfer to another session of the same program, so long as there is a seat available in the future session.

Grievance Policy

Any program participant who is aggrieved by any attended program may forward such grievance, in writing, within two weeks of the completion of the attended session, to the Course Administrator at Conflict Resolution Training, Inc.,

All grievances shall be promptly reviewed by the Course Administrator and the Head Instructor.
